Carroll Community School District Announces Bond Issue!
On August 26th, the Carroll CSD Board of Education accepted a community petition to place a general obligation bond issue on the November 3, 2026 election ballot. The proposal reflects community feedback following a District-wide Long Range Planning process and focuses on priority facility needs.
01 — Why this plan is being considered
Proposed improvements will:
Expand educational opportunities
for students by improving and enlarging hands-on learning spaces for the trades, science, and visual art.
Modernize learning environments
so district facilities better support today’s curriculum and student needs.
Improve long-range financial efficiencies
by reducing duplication and operational costs by only operating three schools.
Retire Adams Elementary building
and transition students into renovated school for their grade level.
